Founding Director, Michelle Harcourt has over 30 years’ experience in nursing, aged care auditing, facility management and consulting to residential aged care providers across Australia. 

A subject matter expert in residential aged care, Michelle has provided expert evidence in coronial inquests and to the recent Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety. 

As an aged care quality surveyor for 17 years, Michelle has extensive experience working for the regulators and Victorian Government, as well as for approved providers.
